(1) People who contribute to the country's prestige and glory by doing adventurous activities in other areas of public life, including mountain climbing, may be awarded the Everest medal.
(2) The design, shape and plaque of the medal as per sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in Appendix Three Schedule-6.
